How it works:
INNCOM integrates with the property management system and uses occupancy sensors, door sensors, humidity detection, and PIR motion sensors to automate room temperature control. Vacant rooms hold at 80°F; when a guest checks in, the system pre-cools the room to 73°F before they arrive. Open patio or hall doors trigger automatic thermostat adjustments. Humidity abatement handles owner units left unoccupied for months at a time.
